Our online tee time reservations and payments are processed through GolfNow.com In order to book a tee time online through our website - Sugarcreekgolfcourse.org, Golfnow.com or the GolfNow app...you will need to create a personal login.
This personal login is your GOLFNOW login - regardless of which booking engine you used - sugarcreekgolfcourse.org, golfnow.com or the golfnow app.
In order to reserve a tee time online, you will need to prepay for the full amount at the time of the reservation. Once you have successfully reserved a tee time with your credit card payment, you will receive a confirmation number.
In order to cancel and receive a refund/credit, you will need to cancel at least 24 hrs prior to your tee time. If you are cancelling inside of 24 hours prior to your tee time, refunds will not be available!
To cancel a reservation you will need to login to your personal account with you password and you will need your confirmation number.
You can also call Golfnow at (844) 800-4653 and wait for the message that will give you the ability to leave your call back number by pressing 1. The return call-back from Golf Now is generally quicker than waiting on hold! Wait times may be high during inclement weather!
