Tee Time Reservations
Tee times can be made up to 7 days in advance. All future reservations (other than same day), require an online prepayment. Please have your credit card ready in order to reserve your tee time.
Gift Card Usage
Golfers with gift cards must call the golf shop directly to book future (other than same day) tee times at (630) 834-3325. You will not be able to reserve your tee time online with a gift card.
Same Day Golf
Walk-ons for same-day golf are welcome to play based on availability. You must be present and ready to pay, we do not accept phone reservations. Check tee time availability >>
Cancellations, Changes and Refunds
Reservations may be cancelled outside the 24-hour window through your online account. Cancellations within 24 hours prior to your tee time are non-refundable. Learn more >>
Rainouts
Sugar Creek will refund the full amount of your reservation if your tee time is cancelled due to inclement weather. No action is necessary on your part but please allow 3-5 days for the refund to be processed to your credit card. Refunds for rainouts are issued when the course is deemed unplayable at the time of your reservation. We do not issue refunds prior to your reservation since the forecast can be unpredictable. If weather is deemed playable at the time of your reservation, we anticipate that you will appear for your tee time.

Riding Carts
Riding Carts can also be purchased in person on the day of your reservation and are available based on daily weather & course conditions. Must be 18 years of age with proof of drivers license.
Pull cats are not available at the golf course.
General Course Information
- Putting green usage for non-greens fee paying golfers or non-driving range patrons is permitted at no charge only as space allows. Paying customers and program participants have priority on the practice green - no exceptions
- All players must have their own bag with clubs.
- We anticipate that your 9-hole round should be enjoyed in no more than 2 hours and 5 minutes at the maximum.
- Sugar Creek has zero tolerance for outside alcohol! Patrons are forbidden from bringing their own alcohol onto the property. Any violators will be asked to leave the property immediately without refund of any fees paid.
- Absolutely no tailgating is allowed in the parking lot or at the driving range.
